John and Carol met at GenCon 51 when she was running playtesting for The Ninja Crusade 2nd Edition and what is hoped to be a future release for the setting. For this interview, they candidly discuss both Carol’s introduction to the gaming industry as well as her contributions to Third Eye Games.
