“About a year and a half ago while on a run, I was listening to Catching Foxes when they spent a whole episode discussing Working Genius. I typically don’t find new content on my own, so being offered this insight led me to the actual podcast for WG. Quickly, I memorized it, started sharing it (I’m an GE haha), and went bananas with it! What does that mean? As a campus minister at the time, I applied it with my interns, chaplains, and FOCUS team. Then, I used it to hire new interns the following semester. Shortly thereafter, I communicated who I was in my gifts and frustrations in applying to be a youth minister and moved from Texas to Maryland (bananas, yet?). In my new position, I’ve been able to galvinize the parish not only in youth ministry but in faith formation, in parish announcements, and in mentoring others. As if that’s it, my director of evangelization (a WI) has gone nuts with it and uses it to assign teams for the parish apostolates, in RCIA, and in discipleship. Last but not least, I now have a small startup called D. T. Rosa Management Consultants utilizing Working Genius and Faith to assist other teams and individuals in their organization health. It’s been amazing. Thank you for putting in the time and work for this. It’s helped not only my life but in almost every person I’ve been able to share it with.”
