Great, meaningful conversations
Updated 2023-05-11. Still one of my favourites. Bob’s conversations cover a lot of ground and topics. And I never miss a Bob and Mickey episode. I really like hearing them discuss topics from their own perspectives. I’ll echo what I said earlier: we’d all really get a lot out of the “meaning of life” show or whatever it was called back catalogue, and it would introduce many people to a lot of great ideas and conversations. Just do it. Big fan of this podcast. It’s good a broad variety of guests discussing meaningful topics, including people across the political spectrum. And it can be funny too (though reading through other reviews I’m reminded that humour is subject to personal taste!). And apparently some people find certain individuals irritating too. I’m not sure what the problem is with Mickey Kaus! Mickey, if you ever read this, I think you’re ok. One issue I have though: all the old episodes are gone and they only go back to September 2019. On the website there are conversations going back many years, and most if not all used to be available in the feed as well. Please bring back all the old episodes to the podcast!

I most appreciate his willingness to speak with others who hold differing opinions. Respectful debates of this kind are...Read full review »
