Superb podcast.
Really happy to a last find a Yin Yoga podcast that explores the science of Yin. Very knowledgable narrator whom delivers the information is a way easy to understand. Great stuff.

Life changing
Mandy is obviously knowledgable about the body and her movement cues provide incredible relief and restoration, but the artfully integrated wisdom which stimulates your personal mind-body connection and moves you forward on the yogi’s journey is what makes this podcast absolutely invaluable.
