Comment and Question
Rob, I love the podcast and have been a faithful listener for about a year now. I don't miss an episode and I've referred to all my friends. I have an 10 year old son who suffers from a very mild version of sensory processing disorder. This disorder, though mostly undetectable, leads him to lose focus in practice and sometimes in games. He can be silly and annoying, but in spurts. It's not consistent. He's a very good player and is often courted by travel teams in our area. He just recently tried out for a team and the coach told me he loved my son's talent but his lack of focus would be a big problem and the other kids on the team "would not tolerate" it. It hurts, but it's the truth. Do you have any advice on how to handle this because Little League is not enough for him to develop. I'm wondering how long he can play baseball if this is a common theme. Thanks. The MatadorRead full review »

Very practical and useful information. Great for those who coach baseball and for parents.

This podcast has answered so many questions on how to connect with my travel players and my own son. It is hard to be Dad and the coach and this podcast has helped me manage that connection with my son and my players! Thanks Ryan in Western PA
