Theology or divinity has been taught at the University since its foundation in 1451. Today, theology and religious studies incorporates academic and vocational teaching and research across Judaeo-Christian traditions (both religious or secularized), as well as Islam and other world faiths. We also validate the degree programmes offered by the Free Church of Scotland College.
