Feeling Connected
As a Mental Health Professional in a work setting populated by the dominate culture, I begin to question and doubt my perception regarding some of my workplace observations and experiences. I needed a place to connect with professionals who could validate, provide insight as well as different perspectives on how to cope. Thank you so much Dr. Joy!
