Loving This Podcast! Please Continue After ATUM!
I am 54 years old and have been a Pumpkins fan since 1994, beginning with Pisces, moving backwards and then forwards all of the way to the present faithfully. This podcast has far exceeded whatever hopes I could’ve housed as it not only delivers an unfiltered avenue for WPC to speak his mind while beautifully unveiling the story and songs of ATUM like a 1930’s radio serial. I thoroughly enjoy the philosophical, spiritual and societal aspects that are symbiotic to the music and the man and his band. I have been consistently surprised by the guests (hearing Jeff Schroeder was a revelation and I hope he returns—additionally, if James were to guest, I would be happily shocked—and I loved hearing the viewpoints from the social media person who guested twice as her insights provided a tremendous spotlight upon the bile within social media groups which taint the experience for everyone) and every week, I am stunned and enlightened by WPC’s open engagement with revealing just enough of himself for our benefit. I sincerely hope that if WPC feels up to it after these 33 episodes, that he continues this weekly forum. I would always love to hear more Pumpkin backstories and behind the scenes info about how this music has been created. But for now, I am grateful for this current series. Job exceedingly well done. It has become essential listening every Tuesday.

This podcast is incredible! Billy Corgan has always been an interesting interview, being honest and thoughtful about a world where he refused to play the music industry game. This podcast is Billy at most straightforward, being direct about his songs, musical process, and relationships using...Read full review »
