“I think the premise of the podcast is an important one and should be further explored. But I found the tone too voyeuristic - like I was an outsider looking in to a very intimate part of this couple’s relationship. I was really surprised that they would open up as much as they did on national media. I would not want such personal details out there. But in the age of social media I guess that’s the new normal.
So where is this podcast going? It sounds like you want to be a combination of Caroline Hax (the best relationship advice columnist) and Michelle Singletary (the best financial advice columnist). I think talking about money or not talking about it definitely impacts a relationship. It’s an important conversation so I will keep listening.
