Mr
I've listened to the host's reporting on Montana Public Radio (MTPR) over the last year and was excited to hear this first episode on our local station today. Somewhere between the science and cultural story lines of Radiolab and This American Life, respectively (which are both long-time favorites), I think I will enjoy the in-depth development permitted with the multi-episode format (similar to Serial). While I live in Montana, I've never really been interested in the bison story. It's only been one episode, but it seems like the host and program's format have the potential to change that for me. I suspect that will be true for listeners wherever they live. I'm now a subscriber and looking forward to the rest!Read full review »
