Sabrina has a way of making you feel chill talking about health. And she knows that talking about the body without the mind or the mind without the body is only part of the story! I LOVED the episode about brain-based wellness. I knew that chronic stress affected our bodies, but I didn’t realize how severely! I’m so excited to try the exercises mentioned whenever I feel my heart start to race, which can happen randomly, thanks to anxiety/ADHD. Really looking forward to all the other bits of wisdom on health I can pick up!
