“The core of the brand was simple: joyful football journalism. They threw that out when they relaunched the show. Now the show is like listening to two newspapers talk to one another. It is possible to be smart AND happy - but they seem to have forgotten that. There really isn’t anything to differentiate this show from a whole ton of other shows.
