As a result of my recent depressive episode, I made the decision with my new psychiatrist to adjust my anti-depressant dosage. It's hard not to feel like this is taking some baby steps back, but I know that this is the right thing for me and my mental health right now. And in just a few weeks, it definitely has made a difference. In this episode I talk about some of the side effects and how they have been impacting other parts of my life like my sleep and relationship.
