It is hard to imagine but former Bok wunderkid Frans Steyn now has an office job. He admits it will take getting used to but so far he is taking being director of rugby at the Cheetahs in his stride. Steyn is not the conventional director of rugby but he has been given licence to craft the job around his strengths.
