The Breakthrough Central
Today Is The Future is the masterpiece created by Livi Redden, who interviews extraordinary individuals that provide life-altering advice. Each episode is a raw and honest take of the adventure called life and how each guest has developed a certain formula because of experiences. Livi does an incredible job of making it feel like a conversation between lifelong friends, which allows you to feel empowered. As a guest, I had the opportunity to work alongside her and say she is one of the most visionary individuals I have met. This is clearly evident because of the intentionality she puts into picking guests who have truly seen life as a discovery journey. My two favorite episodes are how vulnerability is strength and creating your life through self-awareness and courage. I highlight these two episodes because they touch on topics we tend to overlook in life. If you want to start broadening your perspective, then this is the best place to start.

Livi is genuine, present, and goes in-depth with all of her interviews! Every episode tackles a different topic + shares ideas so meaningful to personal growth. Natalie’s episode about communication was inspiring AND had advice that was relevant for me to implement right away. Love this show!
