“Hands down the best live play podcast out there. Well recorded and featuring a group of players most GMs would kill for Tomes and Tentacles is in turns hilarious,scary, horrific but always a compelling listen.
The quality of Role play here is quite exceptional- clearly defined, engaging characters with plenty of depth and personality. Plus everyone concerned is quick on their feet when it comes to reactions and one liners. Even walk on NPCs tend to have unique and interesting personas- from the pompous Greek playwrite to racist new york cab drivers everyone is interesting and memorable.
Caesar Cole, Jack Deacon and the rest of the team will go down as all time classic RPG caracters...”
