I stumbled upon this podcast after seeing it mentioned in a Reddit forum, and was hooked from the first listen. Daniel Hedger’s analysis of the music behind each Silverchair song is fascinating and thorough. The guy clearly knows his music theory, and I suspect knows his way around a recording...Read full review »

My interest in silverchair began exactly 3 weeks ago after watching an old SNL broadcast from 1995. I was only familiar with “tomorrow” as I’m from the Midwest in the United States. Silverchair didn’t get a ton of radio play and let’s face it that’s where I got music back then. Long story short...Read full review »

Really dives deep into the technical aspects of Daniels song writing and opinions on what he thinks lyrics mean. I enjoyed it so much, that I listened to it twice. Thanks again for reminding how much they meant to me

Podcast is fine, well presented and planned out. But the constant put downs of Daniels earlier lyrics (doesn’t really make sense, would have been better if it was this way, weak songwriting etc) isn’t needed at all. That’s your personal opinion, and for someone who claims to love Silverchair as...Read full review »
