“Edited to add: Oh no, it looks like part of Season 3 is simply a repeat of Season 1 from Amber's (Mikey! Mikey? Hey Mikey! Mikey Mikey!) POV, so that we get a slow trickle of new information. Please, podcasters, for a multi-year story that you say you're putting a lot of time, money, and committment into, thank you, but please have a beginning, a middle, and an end and move the plot along. You've gotten me interested that something nefarious is going and and that all is not as it seems, but how many years do I have to wait to get some resolution? Amber fixing her radio, drinking coffee, and doing a puzzle is a lot of filler to get to one conversation with Gene.
I've lowered my rating and my recommendation is to wait until this is finished and then binge listen.

Good story, it hooked me and got me interested. A few negative reviews highlight some annoyances and they're valid. But here's what you need to know - you get maybe 10 episodes per year and progress is very very slow. Honestly, a podcast can't keep my interest for seven years so I truly hope that the writers - unlike many podcast writers - have a story arc and an ending in mind.”Read full review »
