A real gem that rewards the listen
Hard to characterise, extremely eclectic, loosely tied together by the principle of good communication design, this podcast is a real find that rewards repeat listening. Rich Ziade and Paul Ford have an easy but engaging rapport, plus loads of real world experience on offer that sheds new insights into the world of professional communications and new media. Very impressive offering. Even the guys' most indulgent digressions seem to eventually resolve into a valuable point... and in the rare instances in which one doesn't, the whole thing is carried out in such a spirit of bonhomie that all is instantly forgiven. A must listen.Read full review »

I was transfixed by the discussion with your guest about the development of the help...Read full review »
