An absolutely joy to listen to, but also super informative and interesting. Issues that are relevant to everyone, but especially women. The hosts don’t just talk the talk. They are world class ultra runners who can crush it. Love you three!!

Thanks gals for all of your great insight on female athletics! I enjoy listening to these three female super athletes and their scientific insights into females in sports primarily trail running but so relevant across all endurance sports.
