In this episode, Hillary, Corrine, and Keely chat with Grayson Murphy. Grayson is a two time World Champion in mountain running, most recently snagging two medals at the 2023 World Trail and Mountain Running Championships in June, and has competed in the Steeple chase at the Olympic trials.
