“This podcast has affected my life profoundly. The philosophy of taking your yoga off the mat gives yoga that much more power. I believe that any life phase you are going through, you can find support through at least one or most likely many episodes.
Kimberley's approach is informative without being preachy. Her voice is that of a supportive mentor or just a really cool sister. The topics she covers are as diverse as gardening, personal branding, Ayurveda and personal finance: everything we need to keep us hip tranquil chicks (and dudes!) well rounded and balanced.
The choice of special guests is deliberate and on point and has help helped me expand my arsenal of resources.
Lastly, I must mention the contributions of Kim's LeBeau, who adds some great insights. And of course her crazy little critters!
