If the big question “Why do I not do what I know I ought to do?” tugs at your emotional strings, for whatever reason, you will probably find this podcast to be very, very worth your while. I found it helpful to listen to the first fifteen to twenty episodes in chronological order, and would recommend that so you don’t miss the introduction of some key ideas. Cam and Shelly have lovely speaking voices, too.
