Incredibly enriching, perspective shifting
Almost invariably I find powerful insights in each episode. Some topics seem as though they were hand tailored for my own ADHD journey and struggle with relationships, work, self growth, etc. Highly recommended.

Shelly & Cam do a great job of explaining ADHD and I am sure the future podcasts will contain useful ideas for sucess.

Great granular actionable content. Better than some paid one-on-one therapy from so called local experts. One suggestion, music that is a little more pleasant to the ear as opposed to the Tuba. Sounds like me learning the electric guitar. My family thanks me for plugging in my headphones.
