A must listen for anyone with AD(D)HD
I’ve slowly made my way through over 60 episodes and enjoyed every one. Many episodes I’ve had to listen to more than once because the content is too important or relevant to gloss over. I still struggle to apply the knowledge in different circumstances but improved awareness and vocabulary mean I don’t get so negative about any of my real or ‘perceived’ shortcomings. Thank you Shelley and Cam for always bringing your humour and insight to the subject at hand. I don’t remember how I first found out about your podcast but I’m so glad I did. Wholeheartedly recommend for anyone living with or living with a person with ADD/ADHD. I would also encourage any teachers, Doctors and other professional-types to check out a few episodes and be prepared to have your preconceptions challenged. All Best - you deserve it.

There is a huge amount of info out there, bad and good, but most of it is telling you how to deal with the symptoms and nothing further. This podcast tells you...Read full review »
