Absolutely saved my life
After being diagnosed at the ripe age of 39, at the depths of despair with ADHD related depression during Covid lockdowns finding this podcast was like a life raft in a very turbulent sea. I can’t thank Shelly and Cam enough for bringing so much hope and understanding to my life. So many ahah moments, so much validation for the pain and struggles, so much hope that I can work through and translate what’s actually going on for me. I can’t recommend this podcast enough. I am captivated every time I listen, these two really get it and deliver the content with enthusiasm, respect for individuality and a genuine desire to help people. A light at the end of the tunnel. ♥️♥️♥️

More reviews of Translating ADHD
I’ve been listening to TRANSLATING ADHD for about a year. It’s aptly named; Ash and Cam offer frameworks of understanding that I wish I’d been exposed to years ago. These guys are intellectual powerhouses on this topic and are rich with insight.
