Audio Quality
You don’t need to get anything fancy, but at least make sure there isn’t any background noise. Hearing phones, doors, and such is rather distracting and unprofessional.

The intro says it all, this is brass tacks, no frills presentation of expert insight and (to a lesser extent) relevant literature. And the audio quality is terrible.
