It's like having my own personal trainer
I have done many Sprint and Olympic triathlon's however, I was too intimidated to do a Half Ironman. I did not have the time or money to invest in a triathlon trainer. I found this podcast, and with the information Eric has provided in these broadcasts, I was able to educate myself and have the questions answered that eventually helped me finally cross a Half Ironman Finish-line in September.
