“Hey ERic, thanks so much for putting this podcast online. I've found out about the podcast in december 2017 and worked my way halfway down to podvast number 45 or so, with some cherrypicking at the very beginning like Joe Friel (because of his book) and your personal experience episode. Inspiring stuff, very informative and easy to implement in my approach and vision of Triathlon and training.
I only started triathlon as a joke, bet or basically a dare 2 jan 2017, and to be honest it has aonly lead me to a Sprint Triathlon in september, a couple half marathons and last november a full marathon. This year i am aiming for an inroman 70.3 though, so a big learning curve is needed. I am very glad i googled " Best triathlon podcasts" and found yours! From novice to more advanced triathlete advice to general logical thinking and planning. I will continue to listen to them and i like you were in Online poker for a while too. I have achieved some pretty nice ROI on this side too. Furthermore I absolutely love the story of Lionel Sanders and your interviews. What a hero this man is. Absolute rolemodel and gem of the sport. Anyway, keep it up Eric, I havent seen any new podcast but for now i am still sorted, 45 more to go. Also best of luck to you and your family. “I love to listen to this while driving to work. As a age group athlete i think i can really get a lot from listening to this.
I am a 2 time 70.3 finisher and an upcoming IM hopefully finisher..

“This is a great resource. I love the interviews with experts addressing everything from equipment trends, to training techniques, to proper mechanics. As fairly new age grouper, the before/after interviews with beginners are also very insightful. Keep it up, Eric!”
