Cult Japanese filmmaker Tsukamoto discusses Tetsuo: The Bullet Man — the third and only English-language film in his Tetsuo series. The original film, Tetsuo: The Iron Man, is hailed as one of the greatest Japanese cyberpunk movies of all time. This third installment follows Anthony, an American working in Tokyo, as he makes the agonizing transformation into Tetsuo when his son is killed.
