Another disappointing wrongful conviction podcast …
I was so hopeful when I started listening to this podcast. At first, it seemed there were four people who would truly dive into the case — revealing the pros and cons of Brandon Woodruff’s guilt. Unfortunately, it has become clear their mission is to make Brandon look innocent. They barely talk about the victims — and they subtly cast shade on Brandon’s only sister. The information revealed is only what the podcasters can easily cast aside — by blaming it all on homophobia. Here are just a few of the many things they don’t tell the listener. 1) Brandon was not just gay. He was doing gay porn — which is likely what angered his parents — and caused the violence on the night of the murders.. 2) Brandon asked a friend (who was part of his alibi) to lie about what time they were together on the night of the murder — asking him to give an earlier time than what was true. 3) Brandon, who had always been a laid back guy, lost his cool when someone touched his backpack that night. Did it contain the murder weapon(s)? There’s a lot more — but to leave out these incriminating factors is inconsistent with a TRUE crime case.

Very interesting and people and stories but somehow it’s so boring. Not sure how they managed to do that but okay.

Bad! They talk about themselves for most of the two first episodes!
