Great coverage, states the facts with minimal input of host’s opinions. Probably be 5 stars but the music is irritating. It’s played the entire time and is this peaceful repetitive noise that absolutely does not fit the nature of the stories. But overall, host does a good job.

I couldn’t talk as slow as the host if I tried. In fact I did try. I couldn’t. She talks at a snails pace in a monotone that might cure insomnia.

Kira is compassionate, well-researched, and tells these stories in a fantastic way. She defends marginalized groups and speaks of injustices, and if you listen to true crime to get away from these topics, you live a very privileged life. Some of us can't just turn away from these issues. -You...Read full review »

The narrator’s voice is akin to mystic megs and after a few minutes becomes unbearable. The positive reviews which I read come from other true crime podcasts from England and I think it is not fully representative of her podcast which is such a shame as it just wastes time.

Kira is a wonderful narrator of these cases. I love how she goes into the background of the people she is covering. She has a soothing voice that seems like it was made for podcasting. Highly recommend! -Amanda from Terrible People Doing Terrible Things

I really like this podcast and the delivery the Host gives to it. She has compassion. Great research as well. I do have one suggestion...you don’t need the background music during the full podcast. I find it distracting, a bit annoying, and you have excellent things going for you for something...Read full review »

I love the content it great, especially as it’s speaking about cases that don’t get a lot of airtime, also being predominantly British crimes I find it interesting as I remember some of them being in the news! All that said the mixing is poor, the volume goes from barely a whisper, so I have to...Read full review »

First thing I noticed about Kira's podcsat is how each episode lets you know right in the title, what type of crime or crimes are going on. So, if I feel like listening to serial killers? BAM! It's right there. If I'm in the mood for a murder plot I don't know about? BOOM! Right...Read full review »

I am a bit of a snob when it comes to what I listen too but I’ve been listening to Kira since I discovered her back last year. She has a great voice, there is wonderful research and it’s a nice break from some of the bigger true crime podcasts as you can really feel the passion in the pod. I...Read full review »
