Whitney’s guest today, Dr. Jake Linardon, specializes in binge eating and body dissatisfaction. He is a Research Fellow and Psychology Lecturer at Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. He has published over 35 peer-reviewed scientific research articles on eating disorders. Since completing his Ph.D. in 2017, he has continued to stay passionate in his research into more effective treatment approaches for eating disorders.
