This podcast is a MUST. For EVERYONE. Not only does Whitney provide substantive, supportive content around healing one’s personal relationship with food/their body, but she so eloquently (and importantly) connects that process with the larger struggle for collective liberation. This podcast isn’t just about intuitive eating; it is about re-thinking the systems that make having a healthy relationship with food so difficult. And that is something everyone can connect with.

When my diet-thoughts start creeping in I love listening to Whitney’s podcast. Not only is her voice (and the intro music) super soothing but she gives tools and practical advice. Her website has amazing resources as well such as the binge meditation!
