Hi! I’ve recently been diagnosed with disordered eating and starting working with a non-diet dietician and my psychologist. My dietician has given me some social media accounts, podcasts and books to read. I fell upon your podcast when I searched “The F*ck it diet” in the apple podcast search engine (since that’s the book I’m currently reading and loving it). I’ve only listened to two of your podcast so far and they have been so educational and enlightening to me. You gave me so many good tips that I had to take notes to remember all of them!!! So I just wanted to say thank you for creating this podcast and a safe place for people experiencing overcoming eating disorders like me :) You have already helped me so much. Xoxo Laura
