Tunnels gets better and better.
Tunnels is a true feat of audio drama creation. It starts as a labor of love by an audio drama aficionado. Living in Florida, I am aware that have an aversion to southern accents. When it comes to speech, I am an Anglophile, Canadiaphile, Australiaphile, but not a Southernophile. Honestly, I would rather be surrounded by rakes with my sputtering flashlight than listen to two people from Georgia talk. But that is just a personal failing of mine, and has no reflection on The Tunnels. I am glad to report that I persevered through the first season because the tension really does build. And story gets more complex. And the audio quality improves. And - behold - some British accents! I want to make a special point of the fact that Tunnels is incredibly motivating for aspiring audio drama creators. Robert is very passionate about audio drama. That came through in his Christmas Special. This show is one of the few that made me realize that I could do this myself. I owe Robert a lot for that.

I am shocked there are only 10 reviews. This is a great story with a good production value. You will be entertained and if you are a fan of audio drama this is a MUST! - Elliot Gladstone [entwined]

Great concept just a little rough on the recording quality. Nothing a little experience won't fix.Read full review »
