Stigma can affect everything from how we see ourselves to how we access help for our mental health. So how can we overcome shame around a mental health condition and medication? Host Frantzces Lys talks with Rachel Star Withers, who has experienced these stigmas as a person living with schizophrenia, as well as licensed therapist Kati Morton.
