Not our planned topic, but we felt that a 2022 Retrospective and 2023 Outlook wasn't appropriate today. We lift up Demar Hamlin with Prayers and Vibes on today's episode. May his family find comfort and may he have a speedy and full recovery.

Have you ever heard about the time that Matt, May, Phil, and a slew of others showed up at our old pal Ross Fowler's house to crash before the Phish show at Alpine?
Published 10/07/22
Well, that was the topic we gave them. It lasted 5 minutes before they went on a tangent about everything but this. At least they stuck to football, Pal.

It was quite the Independence week for Andy. He attended an I Love the 90s concert after a Royals game featuring Color Me Band, Treach, Backstreet, and of course, Vanilla Ice. He parlayed that into a weekend at Santa Cali Gon the following week. Impressive run!

Mr. C makes a triumphant return to the halls of an undisclosed school. The fellas discuss if his change in attitude is due to a "normal" summer and the return to a "normal" school year. Andy asks Matt what he will do with his $10,000 raise thanks to his Student Loan forgiveness. And the guys end the show with a tribute to great friend of the show Big C. His Grandma Jo passed away earlier in the day. Andy and Matt share some of their fond memories about the time spent with Grandma JO and her...

Great! Andy goes to Hawaii and comes back thinking he is the second coming of Tom Selleck. No one is Tom Selleck, ok? Anyway, hear about his and Matt's vacations. At least they recorded an episode. Welcome back, guys!

Many have heard of and seen the Nathan's Hot Dog eating contest on 4th of July. But have you ever heard of anyone eating their phone? Neither had we until a guy showed up at great friend of the show Dave Pilcher's 4th of July party, got in an argument with someone on the phone, and made the decision to eat their phone. We've slammed some phones down in our day, but never ate one. We have lived such a sheltered life.

Why did you hate Top Gun: Maverick, Matt? We've got Kelly Howerton in the room because we're going to need an adult. Plus Andy needs someone to explain Severance to him. And we'd like to hear about the new Jurassic Park and Buzz Lightyear.

Matt is back from a Phish concert and Andy is winding down his 10 days of single dad life, so they could squeeze our little pod into their schedules. They catch up on a lot they missed over the past couple of weeks, including the tornado that went near their homes, January 6th Hearing, #LetsRide, The Match, and while Matt still hasn't seen Top Gun, he does want Tom Cruise to know he has an open invite to come on the show.

It has been a tough week as our nation mourns yet another mass shooting at a school. Matt opens up about what it is like to be a teacher and the challenges he faces and worries about daily. He's not alone. Many educators feel the same way and are leaving the profession in droves. A teacher's perspective on today's episode.

Andy and Matt are joined by great friends of the program to break down some of their favorite teams NFL Schedule. This group broke mathematical laws and managed to come up with 5 20-0 teams. Amazing. Thanks to Scott (Raiders), Beckie (Eagles), Dave (Broncos), and Kevin (Ravens) for stopping by to share in the fun!

He is arguably our most famous guest. You know and love him from his frequent appearances on local sports talk radio and who could forget his bid to be Mayor of Independence. Today, we're joined by a man that has a solid 10 out 10 Brother Rating to Break Down the 2022 NFL Draft. Sure that was the stated topic, but Razor Raymond does what he wants, so we covered amongst other things Zack Grienike, Hunter Dozier, Bulldog Bob Browne, Ric Flair, Dan Saleamua, Jared Allen, Ray's Relationship with...

We're joined by a special guest, friend of the show Mr. Derek Douglas. He heard Matt had some disparaging remarks about Zack Greinke's first go-round with the Boys in Blue and is here to set our beloved @wmchammer33 straight. Surprisingly there are zero Will Smith Chris Rock references, but we do play over under on the Vegas picks for NFL Team wins.

Tyreke Hill was a major part of the start of this illustrious podcast. As of yesterday, he is no longer a Chief. He is the highest-paid WR in the game, and the Chiefs got a boatload of draft picks. The boys reminisce on his time as a Chief and speculate on what's to come. Thanks for everything, Tyreke. Good luck in Miami (except when you play the Chiefs)

It is the annual ruse where Andy and Matt bring on guests to provide insight on the NCAA Tournament but in reality they are just stealing other people's picks. At least this year, Andy acknowledge he uses ESPN Random selection tool. A fun time as always and thanks to Dave, Derek, and Scott for joining in on the fun.

There have been a lot of bad ideas on this show, but this one ranks up there. Andy is trying to squash the beef between Matt and great friend of the show Dave Pilcher. We like Dave, nay we love Dave. But we see the world a bit differently when it comes to football. Andy insisted the microphones be muted and allow Dave uninterrupted time in an effort to squash this beef. #BroncoFanDave comes on and shares with us: Patrick Mahomes is “just another guy” Andy Reid could have won the same...
