Andy shares in detail all the ways his "good neighbor" insurance company dropped the ball as it pertained to his wife's no fault automobile accident in December. Not surprisingly, it was a texting and driving accident where another driver wedged his car between hers and the car in the next lane. From there it was headache and hassle after headache and hassle. And the worst culprit - the insurance company that Andy and Kara have been with 25+ years.
