“Love listening to these two, they crack me up! I've turned my life upside down to make fitness a priority and these guys have helped motivate me. I take their advice seriously; mixing up my workouts so I don't get bored, eating healthy snacks to keep my body fueled, working out w/ my friends and family to make working out fun, thinking about food as a source of energy, etc. I went from working out once or twice a week to working out 7-10 times a week. I ran a 5K!!! They make exercise sound so exciting, you'll want to make it a lifestyle rather than a "chore". Now I look forward to my workouts and all the endorphins! It's addictive :) Love their energy and enthusiasm for their fitness and health! Definitely one of my favorite podcasts!”
