Paul Donovan is excellent!

Thanks for the great discussion but the audio quality can be further improved for better clarity.

The podcast from PD is great the rest so and so. The most annoying thing is that the last 5/6 episodes aren’t possible to play, most probably due to an upload error. From UBS I expect better quality & execution.

The acoustics are almost always terrible in this otherwise interesting podcast. I guess UBS could afford some good headsets…..

The level of ignorance displayed by Paul Donovan on his assessment of the protests in Ireland is shocking and disappointing. It makes me question much of his forecasts as they are undoubtedly derived from the same echo chamber as his ignorant statement regarding the Irish protests.

Substance is great & Dan is the consummate host, but the guest audio is often so static-y and garbled that I just turn it off. Why not have them record on their end and mix the two? Or really anything else… the way you’re doing this just isn’t working, but other pods seem to have figured...Read full review »

Interesting content, though.

This could be interesting but the sound quality on most of the episodes (remote attendees usually unclear and muffled) makes them very difficult to understanding.

For the love of Buffet, increase your audio quality standards. Participants calling in with their mobile phones is a joke for the listener. The CIO Strategy Snapshot episodes with Draho calling in are brutal. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that UBS publishes this quality while MS, JPM, GS,...Read full review »

Most episodes of this are good but the Paul Donovan episodes are the best of the best. His insights are great and his withering disdain for the noise that is most financial analysis is truly useful and also amusing.

Seems much like 20th century. It's a big problem especially when the one that talks is Jason DrahoRead full review »

5 Stars for Paul Donovan. In fact set up an individual channel for his work to save me marking the other casts as read every day, to clear the downloads.

Somehow at times 2-3 episodes of the show are uploaded at the same time (so some are listened to with days of delay). Still 5 star !

Amazing combo of incisive, direct and witty commentary!

I enjoy the information in these podcasts, especially Paul Donovan. But this is the most poorly managed podcast I’ve ever encountered. Episodes unavailable, gone missing, etc. Very frustrating.

Paul Donovan is THE econ source everyone should tune in to. His daily update is the best (the only) unbiased summary of key global economic news.

Ok, I’ve heard Paul Donovan say on nearly each and every one of his podcasts that the Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell does not have a degree in Economics — get over it — your getting annoying!

I enjoy Paul Donovan’s approach and delivery to financial news and I hope that this show will continue as-is for years to come. Well done!

The format of the Paul Donovan one is perfect. Short and sweet. Extra points for the accent and dry humour, makes you feel you are having a pint in a pub with thick carpet that smells of butter and a dartboard with one dart. The other ones are good but a bit repetitive, ESG, the new normal,...Read full review »

Paul Donovan performs a “John Oliver” parody each episode complete with sarcastic wit biased toward one political party, less toward actual financial information.
texex46 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 08/17/20
To the point, clever and elegantly witty

This financial podcast has Anthony Pastore set a fast pace as he interviews leading experts on the cutting issues of today’s financial markets. If you want a fast but deep update with truly the world’s best financial minds, I highly recommend.

Their broadcast volume is very very light, causing me to listen only in dead silent surroundings at the maximum volume my device allows. Almost not worth the effort.
