“I am an Aussie whose father emigrated from Latvia to Australia after the second world war. He never stopped wishing that Latvia would one day be a free country and I was so happy he lived to see his dream realised. Now another country Ukraine is fighting for it’s independence, and the informed, erudite and engaging coverage of this conflict provided by your excellent team is so appreciated by people like me far away in geography but so close in heart. I can’t thank you enough and want you to know there are many here across the ocean that also listen to your wonderful podcast. We know it can’t be easy to continuously put out such a first class coverage of this terrible conflict but it’s influence in keeping this struggle in the public mind is certainly not without consequence.
