Funny, engaging... and a bit of an eye-opener
The Two Phils could have been a classic Victorian comedy double act. Instead (and fortunately for those of us who love this quintessentially British style of humour), they put there own spin on some of the most famous—and not so famous—disasters and cockups from the annals of history. Funny and irreverant—but always respectful to the topic at hand—they romp through a wide range of subjects from the well-known to the obscure, and do so in a highly entertaining and informative way. More power to your elbows, guys, and have a virtual pint on me—highly recommended!

Light hearted (but not disrespectful,) look at humanities major disasters, from the Hiddenburg to Ratners “load of old crap,” speech. Very funny, and actually quite interesting! Long may they continue!

Love that the Phils manage to find such a wide variety of “disasters” to keep it not too bleak but also get an insight into bits of history that would otherwise go unremembered. (I’m a big fan of the Victorian ones too!)
