Its 2019 but it still feels like we are in the dark ages where size and beauty is concerned.  We need to be aware of the fact that the increase in the rates of plastic surgeries to create a perfect exterior is a cry for help.  There should be no place for discrimination against men and women based on their size or perceived ideals of beauty.  In this world where we can be anything, we need to be kind to ourselves first.  In conversation with Dr. Thoraiya Kanafani who is a clinical psychologist dealing with eating disorders and body dysmorphic disorder in addition to other mental health issues plaguing us in today's world.  Let's focus on the real worth of people by changing the way we see each other beyond size, unrealistic beauty standards and body shapes.  Tune in.
