Anger is a common emotion we have all experienced at some time or another but do you know there are different types of anger.  When something external causes a negative emotion within you, you tend to react negatively but what if I tell you that by understanding what you are feeling, you can change your reaction.  Understanding yourself better is the key to understanding the environment around you.  Taking control of your reactions helps you take control back from external sources.  Changing your behavior is difficult but not impossible.  Tune in to listen to and understand the many facets of anger and how to overcome them.
