I am angry! I am sad!  I am worthless!  Ever had moments when you focus on everything that is wrong in your life?  If you stop and notice, it is usually when you have time on your hands and not much to do.  There is a pattern that shows that we think of the most negative things when we are idle.  Having nothing to do is somehow a trigger to a negative thought process.  Instead of just enjoying ourselves and taking a break, we think about all the things we should be doing and are not doing.  There is a way to break the cycle of negative thoughts and its starts with you wanting to break it.  Conscious thought leads to conscious behavior.  So what do you want to do about your negative thoughts?  Hello and welcome to my podcast - #unapologeticallyKK
