This segment was a two-minute-take-away I delivered during my church’s service. I compared our grip on money and physical possessions to a baby’s grip on something they get ahold of. Even as week as a baby is, thy can hold on extremely tight when they are afraid of something being taken away from them! God asks us to give Him back what He has blessed us with so He can bless others. This requires faith! Once I loosened my grip and exercised my faith, God began to open up one door after another!

This two-minute-take-away, is based off of a profound quote by Lisa Nichols, in a recent Summit that I attended: “Conviction and convenience don’t live on the same block.” it addresses the fact that, even though we may have a monumental calling on our life, we still have work to do in order to embrace it, own it, and live it out fully. Otherwise we may miss out entirely of the life that is rightfully ours!
