“This podcast is well produced. Before listening, I had read a lot about this case and watched YouTube videos featuring Allison Mack and Keith Raniere and the whole time just scratching my head. Keith Raniere is the most ineloquent dictator I have ever seen! He talks in circles, reaches for “big words” and meanwhile his listener is enraptured in his nonsense and draws personal “a ha moments” from his tangential blabber. What I also noticed is his tendency to subtly condescend to his listeners. This podcast helps to understand how a fairly normal person with a need for success and belonging could be sucked in.”
