“Perhaps this could be more accurately subtitled ‘Growing up in a very dysfunctional Jewish family, developing a personality disorder, and blaming it all on a spiritual celebrity instead of my messed up single mother.’
Very little of the story is about Tibetan Buddhism or Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche. These seem more like mere incidental props alongside the story and possibly even 21st century podcast marketing aids.
A well produced podcast and a well told story, but not really as advertised.”
