“Jay told Jen before he ever talked to the cops that Adnan killed Hae. He had details of the crime only the perpetrator could know. The timeline is just the State’s theory of the case. Adnan had plenty of time to kill Hae. Jay did not. You can quibble about the details all you want. How did Jay know non-public details of the murder? Why would Jay falsely accuse Adnan, thereby implicating himself? Please just answer the real questions.”
